Privacy Policy

This explains what Lead Engine Partners collects when you use leadenginepartners.com, what it gets used for, and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who this is
Lead Engine Partners ("Lead Engine Partners", "we", "I") operates leadenginepartners.com and the lead-response systems described on it. Questions about anything on this page, or about information held about you, go to johanna@leadenginepartners.com.
What is collected
Information you give directly
- Your name and your company name.
- Your email address and phone number.
- The area you work in, and anything else you type into an intake form.
- When you book a call: the time you picked and anything entered on the booking form. Scheduling runs through Calendly.
Where you came from
Links to this site sometimes carry tracking tags — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, gclid, fbclid. They record which ad, post or link brought you here, and they are attached to your enquiry if you submit one. They contain no personal information — only the name of the campaign.
Ordinary usage data
Which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from (derived from IP address), browser and device type. This is used to understand traffic, not to identify individuals.
What it is used for
- To contact you about the audit call or enquiry you asked for.
- To prepare and send the written summary that follows that call.
- To keep a record of who asked for what, and when.
- To understand which marketing actually brings people here.
Information is never sold, rented, or handed to a data broker, and it is not used to build advertising profiles about you.
Text messages and your mobile number
Text messaging is not active yet. Lead Engine Partners does not currently send SMS or text messages of any kind. The terms below describe how mobile numbers are handled and will apply from the day that programme begins.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number and your consent to be messaged are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive, and to keep a record proving that you agreed. Consent to receive text messages is collected separately from any other permission, is never a condition of buying anything, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency varies and depends on the enquiry you submitted — expect no more than a handful of messages relating to a request you made. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email johanna@leadenginepartners.com.
Mobile numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging carrier and the messaging platform required to deliver the message, and with nobody else for any marketing purpose.
Who else sees your information
Running this site and answering an enquiry means a small number of other companies process your information on my behalf. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own marketing:
- Jotform — hosts the intake forms.
- n8n — moves a submission from the form into the database.
- Airtable — stores lead records.
- Calendly — handles call scheduling.
- Google Workspace — email and calendar.
- Base44 — hosts this website.
Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long it is kept
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as there is an active conversation and for three years afterwards, so there is a record of who was contacted and on what basis. Records of consent to be messaged are kept for at least four years after consent is withdrawn, because that is what proving compliance requires. You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner.
Your choices
- Ask what information is held about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or by replying and saying so.
Email johanna@leadenginepartners.com and it will be handled. Nothing needs to be filed on a form.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Calendly sets its own cookies when you open the booking page — those are covered by Calendly's privacy policy. Your browser settings control what is stored.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to how information is used will be notified to anyone actively affected.
