These are the terms for using leadenginepartners.com and for the audit call offered on it. Separate written terms cover any build work that follows.
What this site is
Lead Engine Partners ("Lead Engine Partners", "we", "I") designs and builds lead-response systems for roofing companies. This site describes that work and lets you book a twenty-minute audit call. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.
What is promised, and what isn't
The audit call happens, and the written summary that follows it gets sent. That much is a commitment.
No result is guaranteed. What any system produces depends on your market, your pricing, your crew, your ad spend and how the system is used. Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, of a number of leads, or of a return on what you spend. Any figures shown in the calculator on the home page are produced from numbers you enter yourself and are illustrative arithmetic — not a forecast, and not a benchmark drawn from research.
Demonstrations on this site use Halstrom Roofing, a company that does not exist. Its name, jobs and figures are invented. The systems shown around it are real.
The audit call
- It costs nothing and there is no obligation attached to it.
- Booking a time means agreeing to be contacted about that call.
- If a build makes sense afterwards, the scope and price are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site commits either of us to that.
Text messaging programme
This programme is not running yet. Lead Engine Partners does not currently send text messages. The terms below take effect when it does.
Programme description
Lead Engine Partners Enquiry Updates. If you give your mobile number and agree to be texted, you may receive messages about an enquiry or audit call you requested — confirmation that it was received, scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about that request. Consent is collected on its own, is never required in order to buy anything, and marketing messages are agreed to separately from service messages.
How often
Message frequency varies according to the enquiry you submitted. Expect no more than a handful of messages relating to a request you made.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to any message we send you and any message you send us. Lead Engine Partners does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can also email johanna@leadenginepartners.com and ask.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, or email johanna@leadenginepartners.com.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
How mobile numbers and consent records are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and messaging consent data are never shared, sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Using the site properly
- Submit accurate information, and only information you are entitled to submit.
- Do not submit anyone else's personal details without their permission — including another person's phone number.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, diagrams and recordings on this site belong to Lead Engine Partners. Reading them, quoting them with attribution, or sending someone the link is fine. Copying the site or repackaging its material as your own is not.
Limitation of liability
This site and the audit call are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lead Engine Partners is not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page changes when they do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
