1. 01Check your email.The confirmation and the call details are already there. If it hasn't landed in a few minutes, look in spam and drag it to your inbox so the reminder reaches you too.
2. 02Put it in your calendar.I'll call on time, and I won't keep you longer than twenty minutes unless you want me to.
3. 03Have a rough idea of your numbers.Nothing formal. Roughly how many calls you miss in a week, where your leads come from, and what a signed job is worth to you. If you don't know, that's worth knowing too. It's usually the first thing we find.
